Return & Cancellation
The Zen Ladder renders services, but not limited to career assessments, career counseling, and career mentorship, which act as a bonafide guide to the user. Refunds and cancellation involve:
1) A refund is initiated within 7 days after making the payment.
2) In case of a full refund, it will be initiated if the career counseling service isn’t availed by the user.
Cancellations
The session can be canceled or rescheduled with 12 hours’ notice to The Zen Ladder
- Emails need to be written for the cancellation or rescheduling of the class.
- In case of cancellation, you will not be liable for a refund after 12 hours.
- If we do not receive any email from your end to The Zen Ladder requesting the cancellation of the session, we will not be able to reschedule the session without prior notice.
- Any cancellation done before 12 hours will be completely free of cost
